Who Am I?
My Name is Lane Wallen. I am a 19 Year Old based in Niceville Florida. I am currently a Production Assistant at a Church in Niceville. I have been involved in Church Production dating all the way back to My Elementary School Days back in 2014. This is where I got my Start in Church Production. I am a grateful believer in Jesus Christ.
What do I do?
I am a Church Production Assistant at a local church in Niceville. This has been primarily where I have learned all my skills. Of course, I originally started back in 2014, using ProPresenter 5. As I grew up, I began learning more skills. As of right now, I am knowledgeable in Jands/Chroma-Q Vista, GrandMA Lighting (More on GMA 2, a Little on GMA 3), ProPresenter 5, 6, and 7, Allen&Heath SQ Series Consoles, Allen&Heath Avantis and Allen&Heath D-Live Consoles. I also know a Little Bit about Chamsys MagicQ and QuickQ, where my Primary focus between the two have been more towards MagicQ rather than QuickQ.
My Walk in Faith
I began going to church back in 2009/2010, although it was more of a Children’s Small Group, at a Non-Denomination Church. Due to unforseen circumstances, and a relocation one city over, there was really not a church I have been going to, up until 2014, when I discovered Crosspoint Church, which at the time was named Niceville United Methodist Church. I discovered this church during Vacation Bible School Week in 2014, and this is where I began at Crosspoint. Two Years Later, in 2016, I discovered Jesus Christ during a Personal Encounter that I had near the End of a Student Ministry Retreat I attended. This is where I began to Learn and know Jesus. A Few Short Months after that, I began a “Discover Students” Program, where I Learned more about the Gospel, about the Bible, and how to Grow in my Faith. In November of 2017, after I finished this Program, I was Baptized. This became an Obvious crucial part in my Faith. In 2022, however, I felt my Faith was very weak, compared to how it was 6 Years Prior. This, and the obvious burnout, I stepped away from the church for a little bit to focus on myself. During this time, I learned to focus on God, even when things were rough. This allowed my Faith to Grow back stronger. Ever since then, I have been blessed with a group of people that support me, as well as things that I never knew I would have.
